Hey Section G16,
Can you believe we’re already a quarter of the way through 2025? Time is flying, and our team has been working hard to develop fresh, innovative ideas for our upcoming conclave. I’m incredibly excited and honored to play a role in planning this event, and I can’t wait to share what we have in store!
As this year’s Section G16 Vice Chief, my top priority is ensuring that every voice is heard. It is deeply important to me and my team that everyone in Scouting feels acknowledged, valued, and connected to our organization on a meaningful level. Leadership is not about fulfilling personal goals—it’s about serving others, uplifting those around us, and creating opportunities for growth. In every leadership position we take on, we should strive to make a positive impact, not just for ourselves but for everyone we have the privilege to lead.
I encourage each of you to approach your own roles—whether in Scouting, school, or life—with this same mindset. Strong relationships and meaningful connections are the foundation of great leadership, and by working together, we can strengthen our section, support each other, and build a better future for Scouting.
