The Section G16 Conclave auction raises money to support the year-round operations of the section and directly benefits our youth Arrowmen of the section. Auction funds provide support to the section officers, provide training opportunities and resources for the lodges, provide financial support through scholarships, communications support, and much more! The section also uses funds to subsidize the cost of conclave to keep the event as affordable for Arrowmen as possible.
In addition to the variety of Scouting patches and memorabilia, items in the auction include camping gear, tickets and passes to attractions, and more.
Throughout the afternoon on Saturday at conclave, attendees can bid on items in the silent auction. Items are rotated frequently, so it is always worth checking back. Youth will have an extra opportunity to snag some great deals while supporting the section by bidding on items on the youth-only table.
After the show on Saturday night is the oral auction, which is always a popular event whether you are a bidder or spectator.
More Donations Are Needed
The success of the auction largely depends on the donations we receive.
Consider supporting the section by donating to this year’s auction. Items of all types are accepted, including Scouting memorabilia, patches, camping gear, and much more! As long as it is in good shape, we will sell it.

All Arrowmen who donate items to the auction with a value at a certain level, will receive a special donor patch. To receive the patch, Arrowmen must donate a combined item value of $50 or more (for youth) or $250 or more (for adults).
