2026 Kunamokst Winter Fellowship Recap

Friday evening marked the exciting start of the 2026 Kunamokst Winter Fellowship, filled with laughter, bonding, and cheerful reunions! After arriving and checking in, attendees grabbed food and mingled before karaoke kicked off the night with music and fun. Many Arrowmen continued to enjoy the snacks at crackerbarrel before heading to bed, excited for the fun-filled day ahead.

Saturday began bright and early with morning flags and a delicious breakfast. Announcements during each meal kept the lodge informed about camp happenings. Soon after, participants had the opportunity to choose from a variety of training sessions, including leadership and Elangomat classes. Once trainings concluded, the Brotherhood candidates gathered together to learn about the next steps for their journey. As the morning wrapped up, everyone headed to the dining hall for a filling lunch. During the meal, an oral auction brought excitement to eager bidders hoping to win special items. An informational meeting was also held for those interested in NOAC 2027, where past attendees shared insights and experiences.

The afternoon was dedicated to meaningful service projects, with everyone helping clean up brush for a burn pile and disassemble metal bedframes in cabins. Hard work soon transitioned into afternoon activities packed with games and opportunities to win prizes!

As the day wound down, everyone gathered at the parade grounds for evening flags, followed by a warm and nutritious dinner. Dinner led into an evening show and the highly anticipated Brotherhood ceremony, where fourteen members sealed their membership in the OA. Afterward, the dining hall transformed into a lively dance party complete with drinks, snacks, and music. Laughter and singing filled the room until the night came to a close and everyone headed to bed to prepare for departure the next day.

Sunday morning arrived with another early start for flags and breakfast. Camp cleanup brought everyone together one last time, as participants worked side by side to leave camp better than they found it. Once everything was in order, everyone joined hands for a closing circle and reflected on a weekend of fellowship, service, and unforgettable memories before heading home.
