2026 Wauna La-Mon’tay Rendezvous Recap

The 2026 Wauna La-Mon’tay Realm Rendezvous was a complete success and total blast for everyone involved! The event started on Friday night with registration working to get everyone their custom nametags and schedules. Once most of the attendees had filtered in, fantasy-themed activities began. Chapters had a wonderful time making personalized shield designs, crafting colorful bracelets, and even getting to watch a movie! After everyone was happy with their creations and screen time, participants left to locate their sleeping quarters for the weekend and get a good night’s sleep.

On Saturday, participants woke up early to attend morning flags and eat a well-made breakfast. The quest for the Golden Arrow was announced, encouraging teams of four to take any and all possible workshops and afternoon activities for signatures, earning them points towards potential prizes. Morning workshops included fantasy map creations, chainmail jewelry, wand making, fire building, and so much more. Free-time activities proceeded after lunch, and the camp was blessed with sunny weather for the afternoon. Among the usual fun events such as the climbing tower and tomahawks, the event staff put together field games, various Jeopardy rounds, and even an epic escape room!

Once activities concluded, overnight participants joined the other banquet attendees in a mouthwatering feast, which led into the long-awaited awards ceremony. The audience had a lot of laughs at skits and blooper reels, then celebrated the lodge’s success last year with Lodge Chief Vy Tran during her state of the lodge address. Awards were handed out to exceptional Arrowmen, Vigil candidates were honored with minimal giggling involved, and the night concluded happily as nearly 20 participants became Brotherhood members. Everyone left camp the next morning, feeling proud and excited about the great experience they would be able to share with their family back home.
