2025 Pacific Crest Council Rendezvous Recap

This year’s Pacific Crest Council Rendezvous was nothing short of incredible, with over 600 Scouts, Cub Scouts, and guests coming together for a weekend full of adventure, spirit, and nonstop fun. The Order of the Arrow brought the energy, hosting games and helping run activities that kept the excitement going from sunrise to sunset.

OA-led events, like the Clothespin Game, were a complete hit. Scouts roamed the field trying to secretly clip pins onto moving targets, sparking laughter and friendly competition throughout. The treasure hunt had Cub Scouts racing across the area to collect stamps in their own quest for glory, looking to find the hidden items as quickly as possible to be the first winner.

The OA also helped lead the Spirit Award, which encouraged Scouts to give it their all at every station. With high energy and great participation, the enthusiasm was contagious all weekend long.

The campfire that was run by the amazing lodge chief of Lo La’Qam Geela, Chyna Crosset, was a highlight of the weekend. Everyone gathered together to wind down after a full day of activities, and the energy was still so strong. There were skits, songs, and moments that had people laughing and cheering, and it was just really cool to see so many Scouts all in one place having a good time. It felt like the kind of moment that ties the whole weekend together. Easily the one of the best campfires to date!

Beyond the OA activities, the Rendezvous offered an incredible variety of stations and challenges. From branding hats to shooting sports, human foosball, and so much more, there was something for everyone. Whether Scouts were testing their aim, showing off their creativity, or just enjoying time with friends around the campfire, the weekend captured the best of Scouting.

Thanks to the OA members and all the volunteers who made it happen, the event was a glowing success. The only thing better than this year’s Rendezvous? Looking forward to doing it all again next year, with even more things in store.
