Conclave Training

The training program is an important aspect of conclave, providing Arrowmen an opportunity to learn new skills, share ideas, and take something home to enhance their unit, chapter, lodge, or personal life.

During conclave, Arrowmen attend three hours of training on Saturday morning. Training classes cover a wide range of topics from ceremonies and leadership, to outdoor skills and hobbies.
