Camping FAQs

All conclave participants and staff will be housed in one of Camp Meriwether’s campsites. Campsites have Adirondacks, minidak shelters, or limited cabin housing. Participants may also bring a personal tent or sleep in their personal vehicle, if they prefer.

Check out our camping page for more information on housing accommodations at this year’s conclave.

Camp Meriwether has plenty of space to accommodate participants in Adirondack or minidak shelters. If you prefer a tent, you may bring your own.

If you require special housing accommodations for health or mobility reasons, please indicate those needs on your registration. We cannot guarantee accommodations without it being listed on your registration.

Those with CPAPs are encouraged to bring a battery. There are plenty of spots in camp to charge CPAP batteries during the day. Participants with CPAPs will be given closer campsites to the lodge and program areas.

Cabin housing is limited and will be assigned based on special accommodation requests for mobility and health needs.

Sleeping in your personal vehicle in the parking lot is permitted.

Campsites will be assigned based on your registration information and will take into account Youth Protection requirements and special needs request.

There is limited space for RVs and camp trailers in the old parking lot, however no utilities can be provided (no water, power, sewer, etc.).

If you require the use of an RV or camp trailer and need utilities, you may consider making a reservation at one of these nearby locations.
