Camping at Conclave
Participants will be sleeping in their own tents at Rogue Community College. The campus features a large grass field giving participants plenty of room to find a spot and pitch a tent.
Sleeping in your personal vehicle in the parking lot is permitted.
Housing Assignments
To ensure all Youth Protection policies are followed, each Arrowman will be assigned a housing location for conclave. These assignments were made based on Youth Protection policy requirements and took into consideration any special housing accommodations listed on your registration.
Housing assignments will be available shortly before the start of the event.
CPAP & Power Needs
If you require power at night for sleeping (e.g. CPAP), you are strongly encouraged to bring your own battery. A small number of power outlets will be available for those who need them in a special section of the camping field.
RVs & Camp Trailers
Participants are allowed to bring their RV or camp trailer and park them in the back of the parking lot. All RVs and camp trailers must be self contained. No utilities are available onsite for RVS and camp trailers.
